	Q. Do you carry insurance
	A. Yes, we have General, Auto, Workers Comp and we are also Bonded.
	Q. Do you guarantee your work?
	A. As a professional window cleaner, my work is guaranteed 100%. You don't pay until your 100% satisfied.
	Q. Do you have references?
	A.Due to the privacy of my customers, I only ask them to leave their feedback on my testimonials page.

	Q. How much experience do you have in the field?
	A. I have 5 years of experience, and I continue to look for safer ways to accomplish jobs.
	Q. What steps do you take in being safe and clean while on the job?
	A. Ladders are protected with bonnets and legs have rubber feet on them to prevent any damage on all types of floors. We protect all areas around the interior windows by spreading out tarps and moving any objects that may interfere during the cleaning process. Our service men wear clean booties over their boots to protect your clean house. We do not ask our service men to remove their shoes due to safety measures.
	Q. How long does it take to clean my windows and how much does it cost?
	A. We have a minimum service charge of $150. This allows one service man to clean all windows requested within a 3 hour limit.
